Softchoice asked us to provide the email technology and services that would allow them to collect customer satisfaction feedback based on purchases.

The eMail Company provided a turnkey solution for the email deployment and worked with their creative agency to deploy their emails. The eMail Company set up a very short two question survey and simple email that directed people to take their survey and rate their shopping experience. The eMail Company then imployed a series of inbound email filters to re-direct less than satisfactory results to different team members within the organization for immediate follow-up.
